Missouri State Freshman Council Freshman council is a group of freshman who meet each week to: Plan a major event each semester Critique events and ministries at the BCM Do outreach to other freshman on campus Chalk for different events that happen at the BCM Elect officers within the council to get a feel of how the BCM operates The main thing that they do is get to know each other and be able to step into leadership after their freshman year.
